Tuition and Fees
2008-2009 School Year

Elementary School Day 8:30 - 3:00 $9,800 annually
Primary Part Day* 8:30 - 1:00 Mon - Fri $8,300 annually *no extended care
Primary School Day 8:30 - 3:00 Mon - Fri $10,000 annually
Primary Full Day 8:30 - 5:00 Mon - Fri $11,600 annually
After School Extended Care 3:00 - 6:00 $7 per hour
A 2% discount is given if tuition is paid in full by July 1.
A 10% second child discount is given on the lowest tuition.
 
Tuition Collection
Tuition payments may be made on a 10 month cycle from July-April.  All tuition must be paid by April. Tuition collection is managed by FACTS Tuition Management. There is a $41 annual fee assessed by FACTS.

Participation Deposit
A minimum of 40 participation hours per family is required. A Participation Fee of $400 is charged as a deposit toward the 40 hours. Deposits for returning families will be rolled over from one year to the next if the 40-hour requirement is met. Deposit is refundable upon leaving the school if 40-hour requirement is met.

Please note that the school calendar includes approximately twelve 1:30 p.m. dismissal days for Elementary and two 1:00 p.m. dismissal days for Primary students normally enrolled until 3:00 p.m. or 5:00 pm. See the Casa di Mir School Calendar for details. All students who stay after the early dismissal time must pay for extended care. There is no extended care for Primary students enrolled in the Part Day (8:30 - 1:00) program.

Refund Policies

The application/registration fee for each child is non-refundable at any time and is due upon application of a new student or re-enrollment of a continuing student.

The Materials Fee and Field Trip Fee are non-refundable at any time upon withdrawal of an application.

The Participation Deposit may be fully refunded upon withdrawal of the student prior to the new school year. The Participation Fee will be pro-rated for withdrawal of the student during the school year.

If a new student application is withdrawn prior to June 1, all prepaid tuition, and the Capital Development and Participation Fees will be refunded. The Materials and Field Trip fees are non-refundable.

If a new student application is withdrawn prior to August 1, the Capital Development and Participation Fee will be refunded. All other fees and first and last month’s tuition are non-refundable.

First and last months’ tuition payments and all prepaid fees are non-refundable upon early withdrawal from the school after the student has started school in September.
