So Much Fun It’s Scary: The MS Spookfest and BOO-tique!

It would be ever so frightful if you were to miss Casa di Mir’s first annual Spookfest and BOO-tique. Created by our very own middle school, the students there have been hard at work crafting Halloween-themed games and festive gifts, as well as some tasty treats, that you and your kin are sure to find hauntingly good.¬†

  • When: Friday, October 27, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • Where: Room K60, Campbell Community Center (Winchester/Latimer)
  • Who: Open to the public; fun for all ages

Spookfest activities and games:
  • Ping-a-Pong-a-Pumpkin
  • Flying Marshmallows
  • Ghost Busting
  • Cutie Painting
  • Spider Web Making
  • Face Painting
  • Cupcake Walk

Cost: One ticket for 50 cents or three tickets for $1.

BOO-tique gifts and treats:
  • Hand-sewn Bags for trick-or-treating; each comes with a small flashlight
  • Fall Wreaths
  • Halloween Wreaths
  • Mason Jar Jack-O-Lanterns and Ghost Lanterns
  • Halloween Bead-and-Charm Bracelets
  • Spookily Delicious Baked Goodies

There will also be a raffle for a beautiful, donated, large gift basket!

This ghoulish event is a middle school micro-economies project. All proceeds will go to the middle school students’ 2019 Montessori Model United Nations conference.
